Resource Housing Group, Inc. (“RHG”) is a nonprofit owner/developer of housing properties and eldercare facilities. RHG was organized in 1994 as a Georgia corporation. RHG, a Section 501(c)(3) organization, was an outgrowth of an affiliated multistate non-profit healthcare system, which was founded in 1987. Those affiliated healthcare operations grew to a business producing in excess of $260 million in revenue with over 5,000 employees and was sold on October 30, 2015.
RHG currently owns and operates 49 affordable housing properties containing 3,875 housing units across the southeastern United States. Additionally, RHG also owns interests in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory centers throughout the southeast US. These housing facilities specialize in caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
