Mr. Northcutt is President of the Sole Member and of Resource Housing Group (RH Group). Mr. Northcutt has been employed by RH Group since 1995 and manages the development, financing and refinancing of RH Group’s multifamily projects, including negotiating for the purchase of land and arranging for architectural, engineering and construction services, structuring relationships with RH Group’s partners, facilitating applications for tax credits, arranging financing and grants, and overseeing the construction process. He also oversees the operations of completed projects and is responsible for relationships with the company’s lenders and equity investors. Mr. Northcutt graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration. Mr. Northcutt is a native of Dothan, Alabama, is currently a resident of Sandy Springs, Georgia, and is the son of Charles W. Northcutt III, a director of RH Group.
Heather-Dawn Ashley, C.P.A.
Mrs. Heather-Dawn Ashley is the Vice President of the Sole Member and of Resource Housing Group (RH Group). She works closely with Chase Northcutt in the development, underwriting, financing and refinancing of RH Group’s multifamily projects. In addition, she oversees the accounting and financial reporting of all projects within RH Group’s portfolio. Mrs. Ashley has a BA in Accounting from Oglethorpe University and received a Masters of Business Administration from Mercer University. She became a certified public accountant in 2011 and has been employed by RH Group since 2007. She was previously employed for four years at Millipore Corporation (Life Science/Biotech Company) in capacity as credit/finance manager.
Mr. Samit Patel is Vice President of Asset Management for Resource Housing Group (RH Group). In this role, he is responsible for the operations of the RH Group Housing portfolio, which consists of over 45 properties with over 3,810 units. He works closely with property management personnel to monitor operating performance, address compliance issues, coordinating property insurance, oversight of annual budgets, site inspections, and review property financial performance. Additionally, he maintains close contact with the portfolio equity investors, lenders and housing authorities to address their operating and performance concerns. He graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He resides in Roswell, Georgia with his family.
